Most people attend webinars with the best intentions, but they spend so much time trying to write down every word that they miss the information they actually need.

They copy every sentence, take pictures of the slides, and try to keep up with the presentation instead of stopping to think about how it applies to their own situation.

By the end, they may have several pages of notes, but very little clarity about what to do next.

That is why I created this workbook.

It is designed to guide you through the webinar, capture the most important ideas, and help you think through the decisions that may affect your home, your equity, and your next move.

You will not need to choose between listening and taking notes.

Instead, you can stay focused on the discussion, record what matters most to you, and leave with practical next steps.

The goal is not to give you more information to file away and forget.

The goal is to help you leave with a clearer understanding of your options, more confidence in your decisions, and a plan you can actually use.

Step 2 - Put This On Your Calendar 

The webinar will take place Wednesday, July 29th, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time on Zoom.

Add it to your calendar now while the information is in front of you.

It is easy to register for something, assume you will remember it, and then let the rest of the week get in the way. Putting it on your calendar gives you one less thing to keep track of.

Set aside the full hour and plan to join from somewhere you can listen, take notes, and think through how the information applies to your home and your future plans.

You may not be ready to sell tomorrow. That does not mean it is too early to start planning.

Step 3 - Show Up Live 

There may be information covered live that will not be included in the replay.

I often roll my eyes when a presenter tells everyone to grab a pen and a piece of paper, then spends the next hour sharing broad ideas without giving anyone something useful or specific to do.

This will not be that kind of webinar.

Come prepared to think, take notes, and act on the ideas that make sense for your situation.

Do not attend simply to collect more information.

Attend to leave with a clearer understanding of your options, the decisions you need to make, and the practical next steps you can take to protect your equity and plan your move.

My goal is simple: if this webinar helps you make a smarter, more informed decision about your home and what comes next, then it has done its job.
